After finishing last in 2023/24, Perth Glory secured their spot in the Round of 32 with a 4-2 victory over Brisbane Roar in the A-League Men playoff.
Goals to David Williams and Nathanael Blair, as well as a brace from Abdelelah Faisal in an impressive debut, gave Perth a win as they begin a rebuild under new coach David Zdrilic.
Perth will be looking to advance from the Round of 32 for the first time since 2016 when taking on Melbourne City at home in the only all A-League Men clash of the round.
